Inspired by our local bounty & our travels through the States & Europe, our food philosophy is to work in collaboration with local NZ producers, suppliers & farmers. For us our menu is about showcasing what they do, keeping it simple, fun, fresh and delicious.
Our service style is inspired by the ease of Yum Cha, order from our menu of larger dishes and as we prepare these, 8 or 9 individually priced seasonal tastes & bites will be offered from our bespoke trolleys & trays.
Your large dishes will be served at the end of trolley service unless otherwise requested.
