Using his cultural background, food memories and upbringing in the South Philippines. Carlo will cook with recipes from his late father and grandmother while mixing in more contemporary inspiration from New Zealands seasons and surroundings.
Carlo will bring his fresh take on “SuTuKil” a South Phillipines style of eating from a bygone era. The meal will be a 3 course sharing menu containing snacks & dishes of Carlo’s creation.
Cambridge Road will be providing all the wines for the evening. Think biodynamic, eco farming principles and low intervention. Pouring for wine matches and for purchase by the bottle. Also look out for a special release by winemaker Lance Redgwell of one of his 2018 vintages.
